Artichokes are tender perennials in the PNW. They do well in well-draining protected sites and are as beautiful as they are delicious.

The Tavor variety from Johnny’s is lovely to eat and as a cut flower. We sell these as gallon pots.

All our seedlings can be picked up at the farm the first 2 weeks of May. Pick up details will be sent via email in April.
